John Cahaly

Chief Executive Officer
With nearly 20 years of experience in computer engineering and business management, John Cahaly is the founder and leader of Eze Castle Integration. Under John's management, Eze Castle Integration has solidified its leadership in the investment-management industry, establishing an enviable track record of revenue growth and customer retention. Prior to Eze Castle, John worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years, holding a series of senior engineering positions in the company, including Digital's Windows NT technical marketing group. John attended Northeastern University's computer engineering program.

Bob Guilbert

Managing Director of Marketing
As Managing Director of Marketing, Bob is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and business development functions. The scope of his efforts ranges from maximizing the value of the company's brand to driving the development of Eze Castle Integration’s channel management strategy, and developing new revenue streams for the company. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Bob was vice president of business development at Virtual Iron Software―a venture-backed start-up offering enterprise-class data center virtualization software. At Virtual Iron, Bob developed and oversaw all facets of business development and channel management. Bob has also held senior marketing and business development positions at NSI Software, EMC Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Bob is fluent in German and graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science.

Vinod Paul

Managing Director of Service
Leading a talented team of customer-service and engineering professionals, Vinod Paul is responsible for numerous customer-facing activities in the New York, Connecticut and Boston territories. Previously, Vinod was the director of technical services for Martin Progressive, supervising a staff that supported 6,000 customers. Earlier, he provided project management and engineering consulting services to IBM Global Services, Penguin Putnam Publishing, Tyco Submarine Systems, and Lucent Technologies. Vinod is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences. He also holds numerous advanced certifications in many aspects of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

William Tan

Managing Director of Technology
Bill Tan has served as the chief technology officer of Eze Castle Integration since 2000. Bill joined the company in 1997 and focused on expanding the company's technical skills and staff. Today, his technology team focuses on internal training, research and development, network security, and standards development. Key products architected by this team include cost-effective disaster recovery (Eze DR). Earlier, Bill was the network manager for the Kraft Group, where he supported systems and communications for various privately held businesses such as International Forest Products, Rand-Whitney, and the New England Patriots. He has also supported networks and systems for local governments and the U.S. Air Force. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree Summa Cum Laude in computer science from Framingham State College.
